Web Design Work Experience/Part-time
BlondeGorilla Internet Business is an up and coming web and software development business located in London. We are looking for enthusiastic students looking for work experience in the new media industry and are able to work around 15-20 hours per week. The job is aimed towards students and hours are flexible to be based around study commitments.
Training will be provided and after the initial training period the rate will be ₤6 p/hour
Almost all work will be done from your home computer and internet connection.
The day to day tasks will vary but mainly consist of design and development of BlondeGorilla products and services as well as client work and basic administration duties.
Necessary Skills
- Graphic Design abilities with fireworks and/or Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of html and css
- Great communication skills
- Highly motivated and passionate about technology.
- Self motivated and dedicated
- Home PC/Laptop and Broadband connection
Desirable Skills (not necessary but will give you a competitive edge)
- DotNetNuke knowledge
- Understanding of SEO concepts
- Microsoft .NET technologies VB or C#
- Relational database knowledge
- Audio & Video editing & production
