BlondeGorilla ltd (trading as BlondeGorilla) was formed in July 2006 by Ryan Malone. Although the BlondeGorilla as a company is very new, it draws upon over 12 years of experience as you will read below

Before starting BlondeGorilla, Ryan worked at MSN Australia (ninemsn) which is a 50:50 joint venture between the Microsoft Corporation and Australia's leading media company, Publishing and Broadcasting Limited (PBL). ninemsn is Australia's leading publisher with over 7.3 million unique visitors each month.

During his time at ninemsn, Ryan held the titles Program Manger and more recently Technology Manager which has given him a very large range of experience across many areas of the business, such as...

Stabilising Development and production environments for its team of developers and producers.
Analysing and re-engineering its many applications, web services and publishing systems.
Formulation & implementation of the Networks SEO (search engine optimisation) strategies.
Working with product groups to manage the creation of web sites. web applications and web services.
Designing and implementation of mobile sites and integrating them with Australia's largest Telco's available across a large range of mobile phone types.

Prior to working at ninemsn Ryan lead the technology arm in the creation of LawCentral.com.au, one of the rare dot-com-boom success stories

Ryan spent four years as LawCentral's systems development manger, managing a large team to design and build the unique legal document generation system from the ground up, now Australia's largest online legal document generation company.

As well as the above mentioned roles, Ryan worked as a contractor carrying out many different web development and IT projects in a large range of companies from Financial Services to Public Speaking Specialists (see First Step Communications).
